KPIHow many consecutive recent weeks the backlog grew (arrivals outpacing resolutions). A streak of three or more is a useful trigger for planning-room conversations about capacity vs scope. The week in progress is shown at its value so far. Because the week is not yet complete, it is marked as still in progress and does not enter the trend comparison.
