Governance maturity is not a single metric. It combines how work reaches completion, how attributable actions are, and how controlled resolutions are. This visual breaks the composite score into its per-project dimensions so you can see not just the overall maturity level, but which dimension is weakest.

What you can conclude

  • A project with a low workflow adherence score is completing work that skips the working states its workflow defines: issues jump from a new status straight to done.
  • A project with a low accountability score has events recorded without clear actor attribution, so those events cannot be traced back to a person.
  • A project with a low control coverage score is delivering issues without logged work or via skipped states; issues closed as abandoned or duplicate are not counted as resolutions, so completions carry less supporting evidence.

How this chart works

Multi-dimension bar chart showing scores (0-100) for each project. Configuration change activity is site-scoped and lives in its own chart on this page. A dimension a week cannot support (for example, adherence in a week with no completions) is left out of that week's composite rather than scored 0. Use the date and project filters to track specific teams or periods.

The week in progress is shown at its value so far. Because the week is not yet complete, it is marked as still in progress and does not enter the trend comparison.
