Project Risk Ranking(4.2.8)

Sometimes you need a simple ranked list: which projects are the most problematic, in order. This table provides exactly that — all projects ranked by current composite risk score, with the week-over-week trend and risk tier classification. It is the starting point for every executive risk review meeting.

What you can conclude

• Projects at the top of the table with a worsening trend require immediate attention — they are both high-risk and getting worse.
• Projects at the top with an improving trend are being actively managed — monitor but don't escalate yet.
• Projects at the bottom of the table with stable low scores are performing within acceptable governance parameters.

How this chart works

Ranked table showing all projects ordered by current composite risk score. Columns: project name, current score, week-over-week change, and risk tier (Low, Moderate, Elevated, Critical). A project shows no week-over-week change value, rather than 0, whenever the comparison cannot be made: when its first measured week is the current one, and whenever the current week is still in progress. The score is the share of the project's status transitions that deviated, weighted toward bypasses (a move straight from an unstarted status to a terminal one) over reopens, so 0 means every transition was ordinary and 100 means every one was a bypass. Tiers follow the score: Critical at 70 and above, Elevated 50–70, Moderate 30–50, Low below 30.

The week in progress is shown at its raw count so far. Because the week is not yet complete, it carries no week-over-week change and does not enter the moving average.
