Project Ranking(5.7.9)

The leaderboard provides the compliance portfolio view at a glance. Every project is ranked by its current weekly compliance score with color-coded status. Green means above 80 and on target. Amber means below 80 but above 60. Red means below 60 and requires immediate attention.

What you can conclude

• Red projects score lowest on the control signals MetaFrazo measures. That makes them the natural place to look first; the score is our measurement, not a compliance determination.
• Amber projects are at risk — monitor closely and investigate whether the trend is improving or declining.
• A leaderboard where all projects are green indicates portfolio-level compliance health.

How this chart works
