Avg Accountability Rate(4.4.4)

The share of recorded activity that carries a known actor, averaged across your projects for the latest complete week. A project-week carrying fewer than five recorded events is left unrated rather than scored, because below that the share can only land on two or three values and says more about how quiet the week was than about attribution. Unrated project-weeks are excluded from this average rather than counted as zero, and the card shows a dash when no project clears the bar. This card reads the latest complete week and names the week it read. The week in progress is left out rather than averaged: only the projects that have already logged events appear in a part-finished week, so its value is an average over a different set of projects rather than an early reading of the same one. On the activity recorded so far, projects reporting later in the week have tended to carry lower attribution than those reporting early, so a part-finished week can read higher than the week finishes at. If the only week in the selected range is still in progress, no rate is shown. The chart below reads that same week for every bar, so the card and the bars agree; projects with no rated activity in that week draw no bar, and the chart states how many were left out. Reviewers preparing a DORA or NIS2 review typically ask for this number, so the unrated cases are worth reading as thin evidence rather than as a result.
