What is MetaFrazo?
MetaFrazo turns your Jira event history into governance, risk, and operations analytics — answering questions about patterns over time, not just current state.
How organizations and Jira connectors fit together
A MetaFrazo organization is your tenant. It has its own members, roles, plan, and Jira history. Each connected Jira site gets its own organization, and you switch between them from the top bar. Nothing crosses from one organization to another, including two that both belong to you.
How do I add a teammate?
Owners and admins can invite teammates by email. Pick their role, send the invite, and they accept by clicking the link within 7 days. You can revoke or remove access at any time.
How do I get help in MetaFrazo?
Ask MetaFrazo AI answers product questions from our help docs right inside the dashboard, and you can open a support ticket any time — either when the assistant hands you off or from the button in the chat.
Roles and permissions — who can change what
MetaFrazo has four roles — Owner, Admin, Auditor, User. Each role has a specific permission scope. The person who installs the Jira connector becomes the first Owner; they can delegate from there.
Which AI provider should I pick? (MetaFrazo AI vs OpenAI vs Anthropic)
MetaFrazo's AI features run by default on an EU-hosted open-weight model under a contractual zero-retention, no-training term — or on OpenAI / Anthropic using your own API key. Pick by data-egress posture and quality needs.

How do I connect my Jira workspace?
Install the MetaFrazo app from the Atlassian Marketplace, click the setup link you receive by email, and finish creating your MetaFrazo organization. No credentials are shared with us.
Why don't I see any events yet?
After installing the Jira connector, events usually start flowing within a minute. If they don't, check Jira's app permissions, the MetaFrazo Integrations tile, and whether your Jira workspace is genuinely producing the events you expect.

How do I change the date format?
Pick how dates are shown and entered across the whole dashboard — dd/mm/yyyy (the default), mm/dd/yyyy, or yyyy-mm-dd. The choice is yours alone, applies everywhere, and follows you across devices.
The MetaFrazo Governance Score — what it is and how it's calculated
The MetaFrazo Governance Score is a single 0–100 read on how consistently work in your Jira workspace follows good governance. It blends three dimensions — workflow discipline, accountability, and control coverage — into one number you can track over time and compare across projects.

GDPR, NIS2, DORA — what does MetaFrazo give me?
MetaFrazo produces audit-grade evidence for the questions GDPR, NIS2, and DORA auditors ask: who changed what and when, how risk is trending, and which work was administered, by whom, over time.
How do I delete my account, and how is personal data erased?
You can permanently delete your own MetaFrazo account from the dashboard — we confirm by email, then erase your login identity, profile, and support messages in one all-or-nothing step. Jira user data is handled separately, because there your organization is the controller and MetaFrazo is the processor.
How is my organization's data isolated from other tenants?
Your organization's Jira data is scoped to your organization at the database level. Other MetaFrazo customers cannot see it, regardless of what the application code does. This is the single highest-priority security control in MetaFrazo.
