How do I add a teammate?

Owners and admins can invite teammates by email. Pick their role, send the invite, and they accept by clicking the link within 7 days. You can revoke or remove access at any time.

Roles and permissions — who can change what

MetaFrazo has four roles — Owner, Admin, Auditor, User. Each role has a specific permission scope. The person who installs the Jira connector becomes the first Owner; they can delegate from there.

How do I delete my account, and how is personal data erased?

You can permanently delete your own MetaFrazo account from the dashboard — we confirm by email, then erase your login identity, profile, and support messages in one all-or-nothing step. Jira user data is handled separately, because there your organization is the controller and MetaFrazo is the processor.

How is my organization's data isolated from other tenants?

Your organization's Jira data is scoped to your organization at the database level. Other MetaFrazo customers cannot see it, regardless of what the application code does. This is the single highest-priority security control in MetaFrazo.
