How do I get help in MetaFrazo?
There are two ways to get unstuck inside MetaFrazo: ask the built-in Ask MetaFrazo AI assistant, or open a support ticket to reach a human. Both live in the same place — a chat panel you can open from anywhere in the dashboard.
Ask MetaFrazo AI
Open the assistant from the Ask MetaFrazo AI entry in the left sidebar. It answers questions about how MetaFrazo works — for example:
- how a particular chart or score is calculated and how to read it,
- what your AI provider options do,
- how to add a teammate or connect your Jira workspace.
The assistant answers only from MetaFrazo's product documentation — the same articles you're reading now. It won't invent features, and it can't read your Jira data or anyone else's. When it points you to a guide, it gives you a link you can open to read the full article.
Your conversation
The assistant follows the recent back-and-forth in your current chat, so you can ask follow-up questions without repeating yourself. Your conversation stays with you while you're signed in — if you move to another dashboard page and come back, it's still there. To start fresh, use New conversation in the chat header (or type /reset). Signing out clears the conversation.
There's no long-term memory: a brand-new conversation starts with a clean slate, and the assistant doesn't carry context between separate chats.
Opening a support ticket
Sometimes you need a person. You can open a support ticket two ways:
- Any time — click Open a support ticket in the chat header.
- When the assistant can't help — if your question is outside what the docs cover, the assistant offers an Open a support ticket button right in its reply.
Either way, a short form opens. If you were chatting with the assistant, a summary of that conversation is attached automatically, so the support team has the context of what you were trying to do — you don't have to re-explain it. Add anything else that's useful, then submit.
After you submit, your request is created and our team picks it up. You can review the requests you've submitted from the support area of your dashboard.
Which should I use?
- A "how does this work" question? Ask MetaFrazo AI first — it's instant and answers from the docs.
- Something broken, a billing question, or a feature request? Open a support ticket.
