Status Transition Frequency

A bar chart of the most-used status names across all transitions over the last year, sorted by how often work actually lands in each. Spikes in obscure or near-duplicate status names (for instance, "READY FOR REVIEW" sitting next to "Ready for review") point to workflow drift — multiple workflows have introduced almost-identical statuses that fragment reporting and category-based queries.
