This tile ranks custom fields by write activity over the last 12 months, separating the ones carrying real work from those that have become clutter. It is a quick way to focus change management where it matters and spot retirement candidates.

What you can conclude

• High-activity fields are doing real work and deserve careful change management.
• A field named like "test" or "TDG" still receiving production edits is a likely retirement candidate.
• Low-activity fields are worth reviewing, though some may quietly underpin automations.

How this chart works

The tile counts write activity per custom field over the last 12 months and ranks the fields by how often they are edited. Each field carries its Jira type where known; Unknown means our coverage could not establish the type, not that the field has none.

The tile also lists declared fields with no observed writes in their own group beneath the top ten. The declared catalog is refreshed daily from the tenant's field list, so it includes fields created before MetaFrazo was installed. A field that was declared and never written is the strongest retirement signal here, and fields Jira reports as trashed or deleted carry a badge saying so.
