Issue-Level Field Change Heatmap

This heatmap makes field change trails visible — showing which governance-sensitive fields (assignee, priority, issue type, reporter, project, due date) are being modified the most and on which days. High churn on assignee and priority is a common sign of unstable planning.

What you can conclude

• Persistent high churn on assignee suggests ownership is not clearly defined — tickets are reassigned repeatedly rather than delivered by one owner.
• Frequent priority changes indicate scope is not well understood at planning time.
• Unexpected changes to reporter or project fields are worth investigating — these should only change in controlled circumstances.
