Top Deviation Actors(5.5.10)

When control deviations concentrate in specific individuals, targeted guidance or training is more effective than broad policy enforcement. This table identifies the actors with the highest aggregate control deviation activity — combining unlogged resolutions, batch closes, and other deviation signals — so that compliance conversations can be directed appropriately.

What you can conclude

• Actors at the top of this table with high scores across multiple deviation types record deviations of several kinds, which makes their events the first to read with them.
• An actor high on one specific deviation type only points to one practice, which narrows the conversation.
• A clean table with no actors above threshold means no individual recorded deviations above it.
