Daily Governance Score(3.1.7)

This visual answers a question raw transition counts cannot: not "how many transitions happened?" but "how many of them entered a delivered status the way the workflow lays out?" The MetaFrazo Governance Score is a composite, and this chart tracks it day by day.

What the score is made of

Each project scores separately for a day, and the chart plots the average across the projects that reported that day. A project's score is the mean of the two dimensions below, and it is left empty unless both can be measured for it:

• Workflow adherence — of the entries into a delivered status, the share that did not come straight from a not-started status.
• Control coverage — the share of resolutions that carry a worklog.

What you can conclude

• A score consistently above 80 means most delivered work is passing through the workflow's own steps, with resolutions documented.
• A trend declining over two or more weeks is the pattern a reviewer would ask about; it says the mix has shifted, not why it shifted.
• A single-day drop that recovers is usually one day's activity rather than a change in how work is being run.

How this chart works

Line chart of the daily score (0–100) with a 7-day rolling average as a dashed line. The day in progress is shown at its value so far. Because the day is not yet complete, it is marked as still in progress and does not enter the trend comparison.

Reading the average across projects

Because the plotted value is a mean over the projects that reported, a day on which only one project was active reads that project's score. A change in the line can therefore come from a change in scores, or from a change in which projects were active — check both before drawing a conclusion. A day on which no project could be scored is drawn as a break in the line rather than as a zero, so a quiet stretch shows as a gap at its true width.
