Deviation Rate by Issue Type(5.5.9)

Control deviations are not evenly distributed across all types of work. In some projects, Bugs are consistently resolved without worklog. In others, Tasks may be batch-closed. This heatmap shows where control deviation is most concentrated — enabling targeted enforcement rather than broad policy changes.

What you can conclude

• A dark cell at a specific project-and-type combination points to one category of work in one project, which narrows the question to how that work is handled there.
• A project that is dark across all issue types records deviations on every kind of work, so the question is what the project's work has in common rather than how one type is handled.
• A uniformly light heatmap means few deviations were recorded on any type of work.
