This log provides the specific list of issues where email patterns were detected — with truncated summaries to avoid re-exposing the full personal data — so that your data protection team can assess and remediate each case.

What you can conclude

• Each entry in this log is a potential GDPR compliance issue that requires review — was the data inclusion accidental or systematic?
• A long list of entries in a short period may indicate a specific workflow or integration that is generating personal data exposure — worth investigating the source.
• A log that clears out over time (older entries addressed, new ones not appearing) indicates successful remediation.
