Unowned High-Priority Clock(1.4)
VisualThis tile surfaces top-priority tickets sitting without an owner, alongside the time each has been waiting. Unassigned high-priority work is the fastest path to a missed commitment, so it earns front-of-feed attention.
What you can conclude
- A Highest-priority entry is your first action of the day: assign it now or escalate.
- A High-priority ticket has roughly a four-hour SLA window before it becomes a concern.
- The longer the unowned clock runs, the more risk accumulates against the commitment.
How this chart works
The tile lists Highest- and High-priority tickets with no current assignee and shows the elapsed time each has been unowned, so the oldest, riskiest items stand out first. A ticket's priority is the latest one its events record; for an open ticket whose events record none, it is the priority MetaFrazo read from Jira, as it stood on the day it was read. A ticket with neither is not listed.
