Apps such as Automation for Jira and service-desk customers keep no working hours, so they are excluded from this count and their number is shown beside it; accounts Jira returned no type for are still rated, because they may be people. Sustained off-hours work is a pattern worth raising with the team, in addition to being a review signal.
