This visual maps the complete activity profile of every actor in your Jira instance — how much they do and what types of actions they take. An actor who is 80% status transitions is primarily executing work. An actor who is 70% configuration changes may be an admin or may have access they shouldn't be using. The breakdown makes those patterns visible.

What you can conclude

  • An actor whose profile is disproportionately concentrated in status transitions (above 70%) is either a very active developer or may be operating in a manipulation risk zone — cross-reference with the workflow manipulation menu.
  • An actor with a healthy mix of event types (transitions, comments, updates) is a normally engaged contributor.
  • An actor with almost no activity may have inactive access that should be reviewed and potentially revoked.

How this chart works

Stacked bar chart showing total events per actor, broken down by action type: status transition, assignee change, priority change, comment event, and other. Use the date and project filters to focus on specific teams or periods.
