Control Coverage Rate
VisualControl coverage is the most direct measure of compliance program effectiveness. For every issue that was resolved, did it have a worklog entry? Was a second actor involved before closure? Did it go through the required workflow stages? The control coverage rate measures what percentage of resolutions passed all of these checks — and reveals how much work is escaping the compliance safety net.
What you can conclude
- A project with 88% coverage means 12% of its resolutions had at least one compliance gap — a quantified risk exposure.
- Coverage below 80% indicates that compliance controls are not being applied consistently — a process redesign or enforcement mechanism is needed.
- Coverage above 95% indicates strong control discipline — the vast majority of work is going through the required checks.
How this chart works
Horizontal bar chart showing the percentage of resolved issues that passed all compliance control checks per project. Bars are color-coded: green ≥ 95%, amber 80–94%, red < 80%. Use the date and project filters to focus on specific teams or periods.
