Audit Trail Coverage by Event Type(4.4.9)

Not all event types carry the same level of audit detail. Some consistently include changelog entries — full records of what changed. Others frequently arrive without changelog data — creating gaps in the audit trail. This visual shows you which event types are well-covered and which are generating the most audit gaps.

What you can conclude

• An event type with low changelog coverage more often arrives without a record of what changed; a reviewer could ask whether that is how Jira sends that type or a gap in collection.
• Event types with consistently high changelog coverage carry a record of what changed on nearly every event.
• The profile covers the full retained history, so it shows how complete the trail is for each type, not whether coverage is improving.
