Project Risk Ranking
VisualSometimes you need a simple ranked list: which projects are the most problematic, in order. This table provides exactly that — all projects ranked by current composite risk score, with the week-over-week trend and risk tier classification. It is the starting point for every executive risk review meeting.
What you can conclude
- Projects at the top of the table with a worsening trend require immediate attention — they are both high-risk and getting worse.
- Projects at the top with an improving trend are being actively managed — monitor but don't escalate yet.
- Projects at the bottom of the table with stable low scores are performing within acceptable governance parameters.
