This is the executive overview. Instead of clicking through project after project, this heatmap shows every project's health across three dimensions simultaneously: how fast it's moving (velocity), how clean its output is (quality), and how well it follows governance processes (compliance). A single glance reveals which projects are performing well on all three and which have gaps that need addressing.

What you can conclude

• A project with low velocity, low quality, and low compliance simultaneously is in crisis across all dimensions — it requires immediate executive attention.
• A project with high velocity but low quality is moving fast but creating rework — speed and quality need to be rebalanced.
• A uniformly high-scoring portfolio is the target state — well-governed, productive, and delivering clean work.
