True point-in-time cumulative flow diagram. Each day shows the number of issues in each status as of that day — status is carried forward between events, so gaps between transitions are correctly accounted for. Use the date and project filters to focus the view.

How this chart works

Stacked-area chart where each band represents one workflow status. Status is carried forward between events across a series of status intervals — so days between transitions show the status persisting, not a gap. The vertical thickness of a band on any given day equals the count of issues in that status as of that day.

What counts as one band

A band is one workflow status, identified by the status itself rather than by the text of its name. A status that was renamed, or whose name was recorded in more than one language, stays a single band across its whole history and is labeled with the name most recently recorded for it — so no issue-day is split off into a second band under an older spelling. On the all-projects view, statuses from different projects that currently carry the same name draw as one band, which is what a portfolio-level flow diagram compares; pick a project to see that project's own workflow. An issue keeps its place in the flow when its key changes, for example when it moves to another project: it is counted once per day whatever key it carried at the time.

Status colors are clamped to your tenant's actual workflow (To Do gray, In Progress blue, In Review yellow, Done green; unknown statuses use a fallback palette). Use the date and project filters to focus on a specific window.
