True point-in-time cumulative flow diagram. Each day shows the number of issues in each status as of that day — status is carried forward between events, so gaps between transitions are correctly accounted for. Use the date and project filters to focus the view.

How this chart works

Stacked-area chart where each band represents one workflow status. Status is carried forward between events across a series of status intervals — so days between transitions show the status persisting, not a gap. The vertical thickness of a band on any given day equals the count of issues in that status as of that day.

Status colors are clamped to your tenant's actual workflow (To Do gray, In Progress blue, In Review yellow, Done green; unknown statuses use a fallback palette). Use the date and project filters to focus on a specific window.
