What you can conclude

• A healthy mix shows status changes as the dominant activity — the team is moving work forward, not just talking about it.
• A high volume of comments relative to status changes may indicate unclear scope, blockers, or dependencies that need addressing.
• Very low worklog activity alongside high status change volume can suggest time is not being tracked accurately.
