Workload Distribution by Project

When a team works across multiple projects, it is easy to lose visibility into where the real effort is going. This visual aggregates all workflow activity by project so you can immediately see which projects are consuming disproportionate operational resources — and which ones may be stalling.

An 80/20 split — where one project accounts for the vast majority of activity — is often a sign that resources need rebalancing, or that quieter projects are being neglected.

What you can conclude

• If one project dominates activity while others show little movement, consider whether the quieter projects are on track or silently blocked.
• Unexpected spikes in a previously quiet project can signal a sudden escalation or crisis — worth investigating immediately.
• A balanced distribution across projects generally indicates healthy portfolio management.
