Change Lead Time(4.3.11)

Two views of change lead time (issue creation to delivery; delivered issues only). Left panel shows the distribution — spot the tail. Right panel shows the weekly trend of the average — spot deterioration. Use the date and project filters to focus the view.

How this chart works

Two side-by-side panels. The left panel is a vertical bar histogram bucketing delivered issues by total lead time (0–1, 1–3, 3–7, 7–14, 14–30, 30+ days); a readout below the bars names the bucket holding the median, p85 and p95 issue, plus the exact average. The right panel is a line chart of the average lead time per resolved week (weighted by issue count, which makes it exact), with a tooltip exposing the issue count for each week.

The left panel is pre-aggregated and ignores the date filter; the right panel filters by resolved week. The p90 line specified in the original ticket is pending a view update; today the line is the exact weekly average.
