Change Lead Time

Two views of change lead time (issue creation to Done). Left panel shows the distribution — spot the tail. Right panel shows the weekly trend of the median and 90th percentile — spot deterioration. Use the date and project filters to focus the view.

How this chart works

Two side-by-side panels. The left panel is a vertical bar histogram bucketing completed issues by total lead time (0–1, 1–3, 3–7, 7–14, 14–30, 30+ days); a percentile readout below the bars shows weighted p50, p85, p95, and avg. The right panel is a line chart of the median lead time per resolved week, with a tooltip exposing the issue count for each week.

The left panel is pre-aggregated and ignores the date filter; the right panel filters by resolved week. The p90 line specified in the original ticket is pending a view update — only the median is rendered today.
